Full Coordination Package:

Full Coordination Package:
- Assistance with budget determination and breakdown
- Unlimited telephone and email consultations
- Discussion of theme, color, style, and complete wedding design and decor
- Vendor recommendations and coordination
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
- Develop detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Up to 10 hours of professional in person consultation time (additional consultation available at an hourly rate)
- Develop detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 to 2 weeks prior to wedding day
- Meet bridal/wedding party
- Coordinate the rehearsal (3 hours of attendance and coordination)
- Day-Of-Coordination (12 hours of coordination)
- Coordinate with ministers, DJs, musicians, soloists, readers, etc.
- Coordinate with the outside entertainment for introductions, dances, toasts, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, and departure
- Coordinate with all vendors
- Stay on task with the proposed reception schedule
- Collect wedding day items (cake knives, toasting goblets, party favors etc)
Partial Wedding Planning and Event Supervision:
- Initial consultation with bride and groom
- Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours
- At least two planning meetings between clients and planner
- Prepare bride and groom timelines and checklists
- Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month
- One visit to wedding and reception sites to review set up
- Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the wedding
- Answer etiquette questions
- Provide a list of preferred vendors as needed
- Two hour planning meeting on month before wedding
- Ceremony planning, processional, recessional, placement
- Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to The Couple and vendors
- Final walk throughout with The Couple at selected sites month of the wedding (meeting should include florist if possible)
- Collection and inventory of wedding items to be set up on wedding day; candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
Day Of Coordination:
- Free Initial Consultation
- Direction, attendance, and coordination of the rehearsal
- Wedding Day Coordination
- Reception Coordination
- Develop detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
- Coordinate with vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding
- Meet vendors at reception site and oversee setup
